Yes! You will receive a $20 credit good for any of our online courses for each friend you send our way.

This is a 3-month minimum membership. You can stop your membership whenever you want. 

For example: 
You want to stop your course in July, you are asked to stop your membership on 20 of June the month. You’ll be able to access your course until the end of the month. 
You can join when you want and your first class will be on the 1st Tuesday of the following month. 
For example: 
If you join on 22 of April, your first class is on 4 of May.

In all my courses, I recommend at least one hour of independent study in addition to class time.
For every hour of class, I suggest one hour of review and practice.
Reviewing outside of class is essential because it allows you to lock in what we’ve covered during the lesson.
Your brain needs repetition. A lot of repetition.

Le Café Français is a conversation program.

But that doesn't mean we ignore grammar.

When I notice recurring mistakes or when a grammar point needs clarification, we'll address it.

The difference is that we're learning grammar through real communication, not working through textbook chapters.

You join a fixed group to create continuity and genuine connections with your classmates.

Occasional changes may be possible, depending on availability and the course's scheduling policy.

Life happens.

You might miss a class because of work, travel or personal commitments.

That's okay.

You'll still have access to the materials and notes from your sessions.

However, remember that the purpose of Le Café Français is to speak.

The more consistently you attend, the more opportunities you'll have to improve.

I help you prepare your French-related projects as a team.

If it’s something that works in a group setting, it’s always welcome.

However, this isn’t a private class, so if you need highly personalised attention, private lessons are the best option.

That depends on what you're looking for.

If you simply want someone to chat with occasionally, there are cheaper options.

But if you want structured weekly speaking practice, professional feedback, small groups and a serious commitment to improving your French, Le Café Français offers something different.

The question isn't only how much the course costs.

It's also how important it is to you to keep progressing in a language you've already invested years learning.

You don't have to be an extrovert to speak French well.

And you certainly don't need to become one.

Le Café Français is a small-group environment where everyone has opportunities to participate.

You'll be encouraged to speak, but you won't be expected to deliver a perfect performance.

If you can follow my podcast without relying on the transcript and participate in conversations about different topics, you may be ready.

You don't need perfect grammar or flawless pronunciation.

But you do need enough French to participate actively in a B2/C1 conversation group.

You'll complete a placement test to confirm your level.

First, you're not joining Le Café Français to impress anyone.

You're joining to improve.

Everyone makes mistakes, including C1 learners.

My role is to create an environment where you feel comfortable participating while being challenged to improve.

C1 doesn't mean you've finished learning French.

There's still so much to improve: precision, nuance, vocabulary, spontaneity, pronunciation and your ability to express complex ideas.

And that's exactly what we'll work on.

The minimum commitment is three months.

After that, you can continue according to the program's renewal terms.
